Literally the same thing happened in front on me on the highway 4 years ago. The f150 and trailerhome didn't have the towing capacity etc and weight distribution was fucked with way too much weight in the tongue.

The lady driving went around a bend on the highway at 70 ( I slowed down because I pull trailers all the time and told my girlfriend to watch the trailer.) 10 seconds later the trailer and truck had flipped and I had stopped where they flipped after she lost control.

I got them out and had my gf call 911. The truck started smoking so I got the battery cables off as well. Also the husband was sleeping when they flipped and was a diabetic. So while I was waiting for the fire department to show up I was digging through a destroyed trailer (the entire trailer; walls, furniture, etc was all over the highway) looking for the fridge to find his insulin.

Good times

Some people are so inept, I'd rather have them film and stay out of the way than try to help.

Good thinking, man. A lot of people don't know about the need to disable the battery to prevent a fire.
