The legend of the Oxford Ghost Lights dates as far back as the 1940s. It's said that if you drive out to where Oxford-Milford road and Earhart road meet in Ohio, facing south, and flash your headlights three times, the phantom light will appear in the distance, come towards you, then disappear. This is supposed to be the headlight of the phantom motorcyclist. (from random website)
