I know everyone recommends it but I just cant do that, I get overly obsessed to eat as few calories as possible or I give up because it feels like such a burden to count. I might start counting later on but for now Im working on changing and sticking to a new way of eating and to incorporate exercise.

I have starved myself so many times before even when I was not over weight, I really don't want to get stuck in that again.

maybe use an app? i get your issues, though. it took me a while to get in the habit and be strict with myself... but it helps that a lot of apps GRADUALLY draw you down on cals. As long as your normal diet isn't shittons of fat and carbs (like pizza at every meal), it shouldn't be too hard.

Yeah I finally realized that every day counts, that's part of why I failed before with starvation diets. I am proud and thank you :)
