Something I disagree with DeFranco is that you need a lax ball for the SMR Glutes exercise I found that doing it with a foam roller can be effective as well you just need to be a bit more thorough.

Awesome! Seems very straight forward, maybe I should try this program after starting stretching for improving flexibility. I'm incredibly inflexible at the moment.

You should it's a small time investement for increased flexibility and improvment in posture.

Couch stretch (the last one) is horrible though

I really am working on it! I'd like to try toga too. Do you recommend it? Have you tried?
