I played The Old Republic for probably about 2 years from launch and it was so good while it was going. I personally would still probably be playing if life hadn't needed as much time as it did. The game was honestly so much better than people acted like, but all that effort was kind of ruined by a few major decisions that killed the player base. So sad after all that effort. Every update I have to restrain myself from joining again.

Regardless, a new offline Kotor would be amazing, but sadly not likely for a while if ever. I feel like that story line is pretty played out. And they would have to jump a good bit of time to get to anything not written already.

Looks like id Software paid close attention to the complaints on Doom 3. Open maps, freedom of movement, and no monster closets? That's some proper Doom.

Well, in Doom 3, enemies had the habit of jumping out of hidden little closets that serve no real purpose. The closets were consistently scripted to unleash their payload when the player would have their back turned.

I believe he's referring to the spawn points where it seemed like all the monsters were just pouring out of 1 room but then you get to it and see it's only the size of a closet and literally just there to pour monsters out of it.

Yeah, the trailer looked amazing. It's everything that Doom 3 should have been. The levels are actually bright enough to see shit and none of the false scariness of D3.

I want more Fallout 4 info. Like a release date or a real preview. That or Mass Effect 4. I'd shit my pants if they did a even a trailer for that.

It's all but guaranteed that there will be something about the next Mass Effect I think, though I really hope they'll definitely reveal the timeline and setting. Essentially, if they confirm the leak and the next game is taking place in an entirely different galaxy, I can at least stop caring about the franchise altogether right now, saving me a lot of headaches and hype :)

I'm also pretty sure we'll get an FO4 release date and I wouldn't even be surprised if it'd hit stores this holiday season, considering the game is still running on the Gamebryo engine. Keep in mind that Fallout: New Vegas had a development time of like 18 months, and while I'm sure Bethesda had to do tons more art assets for the new game (compared to NV which mostly used FO3 assets), they still had a lot of dev time for FO4 now, so a late 2015 release date might very well be possible!

I think it has been confirmed via twitter that there will be gameplay footage, now let's just hope for a 2015 release date!
