Not gonna lie, I would add this guy as a friend. Sure, he's being whacky, but he is still playing the objective, giving relevant information, and being a team player. That's better than half the people who play with no mic at all. Worst case I can always turn the voice down a bit when he gets too excited. I'll take a guy who's too into the game over some casual fuck who either wants to snipe nothing the whole game or doesn't play objective at all.
