What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.
If you're not sure, ask!
If you wish to, you can archive your posts here.

I have never in my life, purchased an entertainment product that cost more than 600 dollars. My TV is the most expensive item and it came in just under that.
It's telling how awful Facebook and Occulus are handling themselves that I'm actually considerng shelling out over a grand for a Vive.

With Vive you're not just getting a more expensive Rift, while you simultaneously spite FB.
You get another experience entirely, the ability to interact with the VR environment in a compelling and immersive way.
Sure, you might have to dedicate a virtual reality room for the truest experience, but for the enthusiast, whos willing to spend big on a viable PC and new 'first generation' technology, finding space shouldn't be an issue.

I'm not so interested in what seems to be the first gen of serious vr (Especially since I don't see a killer app.) to bother with either personally. I can wait until it gets cheaper and gets any issues ironed out.

Oh, just wait until Facebook comes out with Farmville VR! Now you can plow and harvest your fields with your friends ... in VR!
(/s ... I really hope, anyway.)
