If you put speculation in the title somewhere, you are going to have a much better reception. You cannot present blind speculation like that. The video has no facts to it whatsoever.

Tone is a tough thing to get across in text, verbosity helps to convey the total concept. It is like with irony and sarcasm, they are just not easy things to do in text form, you end up having to be explicit about your intent.
"The Elder Scrolls VI - Speculating on New Races"
Would have gotten the idea across with greater alacrity. Gotta remember, a lot of people will judge a book by its cover on the Internet, so it is best not to disappoint them with something they could construe as a bait and switch.
Your subject line gives of a sense that maybe there is news, or a rumour.
