What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.
If you're not sure, ask!
If you wish to, you can archive your posts here.

Fuck this noise. You know what video games make? Passive consumers.

Until you piss them off and the realize life is just a game that can be abused. Definitely the silent minority, but we're working on it.

I don't think video games are making gamers heroes or criminals. It's basically just interactive TV.

"Don't take credit for someone's success unless you're also willing to accept responsibility for their failures." If games create heroes, they also create villains.
Or, to put it more pragmatically, if games have the potential to influence people to do heroic things, they also have the potential to influence them to do horrific things. You can't have one without the other.
Really just not a very intelligent article.

Growing up kicking ass on Halo 3 I always imagined sacrificing myself for humanities sake, and that there wasn't a greater way to die than to do so yourself. I believe those days of campaigning with my little brother on our Xbox 360 has transitioned into making me a better person over-all.
