What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.

I had this happen in the first two hours of play. They EMP your ship and it's forced to land. On the ground they set up an EMP beacon that pulses regularly preventing you from taking off. Your mission becomes to destroy the beacon and evac. You'll basically get endless waves of baddies until you do. I found the easiest way to do this is to get line of sight on the beacon and just let sharpshooters take it out at range so it's less distance to run back to the ship when it's time to GTFO. You can get overrun during these events, so you really want to stay as close to the ship as possible.
During the mission you'll periodically get reinforcements from the ship - up to basically your entire roster if it goes on long enough. Even your wounded will eventually come out to fight. I had 9 guys on the ground when I finished it. I got pretty lucky when it happened to me, and started on elevated terrain which gave my sharpshooters a pretty big advantage.
