What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.

Origin had a score of games being given away for free so far. Yet, I decided to never install it since the first EULA debacle, where they clearly stated that if I don't want to have my files uploaded to Origin and EA servers I should not install Origin at all. So I didn't. They changed the EULA. I never changed my mind.

So true. "free" is never free. You might want to consider a virtual machine if you want origin separated and enclosed that way you may be able to play the game without giving origin much access.

I know. I could get it to run in my qemu ovmf gpu passthrough setup. I just don't give a shit about it after all this time. And why should I? So that I can play Dragon Age games? I hated the first one enough and though it was a failure on pretty every level of game design, not to mention the sequels. I just don't think the selection of games is worth any kind of Origin hassle.

It's the shitty Criterion Most Wanted, not the good one from 2005.

I always seen this game more as a burnout style game than a need for speed. Especially after burnout paradise. Paradise and most wanted both share a lot of similarity's and I personally have enjoyed them both despite their step away from the series high points.

i know ='(. The 2005 one still hold up as one of the most fun racing games for me along with the underground 1/2. The good times when the customization didn't suck.

Same, and I've said the same thing about all the games that have been on the on the house system, but I still got them. Now I have a small amount of 10 (new and old, great and bad) games on origin that I've never played, but they're there, and I never spent anything, not even one single penny.

Between steam, origin and gog, I have a crap ton of free games. I'm a console gamer, but use my pc to demo games before paying for them on console. It's nice to have a collection of games to fill in the spaces between blockbusters tho.

tried a couple times to guess what password I used for origin. moving on with life without the game.
