What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.
If you're not sure, ask!
If you wish to, you can archive your posts here.

Yeah they won't really be gamers in my heart because they haven't put the disk in, felt the controller shake and had the bonding experience of PC or Console gaming.

I wouldn't say any of those things are necessary for being a "gamer" [though i'm getting faint whiffs of sarcasm here]. The most important difference between the different breeds of "gamers" are the reasons for play, is it challenge? a compelling story? entertainment? connection with friends? Mobile gaming is about one thing: immediate gratification; keeping rewards locked away not behind a challenge of skill or wit but behind a pay wall or you could just sit and grind it out. And the rewards themselves aren't any different than the tools you already had, the only variance is magnitude. Just because a title is portable doesn't make it a mobile game. I fear Nintendo is going the way of Konami and many other game developers and just putting out samey, do nothing, copy paste formulas to rake in a quick buck. But this is nothing that hasn't been said about mobile games before.
