I'm just gonna sort of throw out a number of games that I know of, and what I have heard.

  • I've heard good things about Mad Max, but that it can get a bit repetitive. I'd also second the guys who said Arma 3, and GTAV if you haven't played it already. I personally thought it was lackluster, but it's worth picking up when it's cheap. As long as you stay away from the Online, it's also got a good number of mods, and that'll only continue to grow.
  • Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a fun game to chillout to, although it's a game you either love or hate.
  • If you weren't a fan of Fallout 4, or don't want to pay the entry fee, Fallout New Vegas is dirt cheap, as is the 'Ultimate Edition', which gives you all the DLCs. It's a good RPG that has a pretty large mod scene.
  • The entire Half-Life saga is also neat to do a playthrough of, but if you're not a fan of FPS then you wouldn't enjoy it.

I can add more games, but "I enjoy a good game of any genre" is a bit vague. If any of these interest you and you'd like some more recommendations, well, I'm happy to name s'more.
