What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.
If you're not sure, ask!
If you wish to, you can archive your posts here.

I gotta say I think that writer nailed it. And he also nailed why I'm more and more hard pressed to give a shit about modern gaming. Always online drm, waiting for patches, waiting for matches, lag, bugs, glitches, nerfs. These are all things that create more and more of a Rube Goldberg Machine around just trying to have some fucking fun already. I just want to hit the power button, and then revel in the effectiveness of my agency!

This is probably the first story about games to appear in The Guardian in over a year that wasn't totally shit.

Video games are about interactivity without necessarily always being a super hero story. In other news water is wet.
