What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.
If you're not sure, ask!
If you wish to, you can archive your posts here.

Reddit definitely seems to attract the 'defend the people who fucked up' crowd. It's like once they're won over, they'll defend a company/product/person until the end of time, no matter how many times they do something wrong. The devs of CS seem to have done a wonderful job with their game for the most part, but that definitely doesn't mean they're immune to criticism.
Hopefully the devs will see comments like yours and fix these issues instead of just brushing it off with the same response as Reddit's 'modders will fix it' bullshit.

I don't visit reddit much since I started posting here and it never ceases to amaze me when I go back to post a relevant submission the blind cynicism and negativity that festers there. I agree that overall it's a great game (I made a point of commenting on the night-time visuals because I think they're fantastic). It's why I use words like "oops" instead of "wtf" to describe the situation. But some people just want a cause, I suppose. Better mouthing off on the internet than shooting up a middle school.
