I'm currently playing on an Xbox 360 so my options for new games are limited. However, because I have not gotten a ps4 or an xbox one, I don't really have to pay 60 dollars for new games. Currently games at gamestop for old systems somtimes go for around 5 dollars or less. So I'm taking full advantage of that. It's true though, I do want to play new games, like AC Unity and Syndicate, Metal Gear V, Batman Arkham Knight. But, I'm not in a big hurry, I honestly don't have the money to buy new consoles and new games. But that's fine by me, once I do get the means for them the prices should have dropped by then.

I do want to play the new Tomb Raider game, and both that one and Metal Gear V are on the xbox 360 but the price is a bit too much right now. I'll wait until next year, it's alright by me.

You're not really missing out on "next gen" yet.

Most games they're shoveling out are crap and broken, however Destiny is now surprisingly a great game since the expansion.
