What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.
If you're not sure, ask!
If you wish to, you can archive your posts here.

Exactly, I mean all companies have something like this ESPECIALLY in the social media avenue. You get cleared for the interview/discussion by the company marketing/legal etc and you get cleared on what to say then you do it based on that authorization.

Yay for purposely misleading, clickbait-y titles.
If an employee of a company breaks the NDA, there will be consequences. It doesn't matter if that company is Nintendo or anyone else. You signed a contract, you are expected to obey that contract.

Sorry for the title that's what the article had.

he deserved to be fired. I guarantee he signed something saying he couldn't go do what he did and he is not one of the companies voices so even if what he said were true (which it was) he breached his contract and was not under wrongful termination. Nintendo is very explicit with what their employees can and cant do on social media and the internet in general when it I seen by the public

i think Nintendo is chronically allergic to good PR practices.
