But on a serious note, the human eye doesn't exactly see in "frames per second," so it's not something that can be quantified in that manner. Your best bet is to look at high refresh screens yourself to see if you can tell. From my personal experience, the first time I tried a 144Hz display my jaw dropped because of how smooth everything is, not just gaming. Mouse moves way smoother, windows are much more fluid, scrolling up and down is also way smoother. Overall it's just so much better.
