Saints Row 3 and 4 are hilariously fun games. Gat Out of Hell is interesting after having played 3 and 4, but I haven't finished it yet.

My take on SR vs GTA is that where GTA makes the progression increasingly difficult because the player is expected to have more skill, SR makes the progression increasingly easy because your character is more capable/powerful.

I haven't enjoyed the GTA games I've played. I have enjoyed the SR games I've played.

THAT is what I LIKE. My favorite GTA game was Vice City (when I STARTED gaming BTW). You COULD exploit and get around MANY of the tough spots with tricks. What I HATE (obnoxious developers?) is how that is ALL LOCKED Down on subsequent GTA's. You HAVE to suffer through whatever some dork INTENDED to make you suffer through. GROWTH. Rewards come with GROWTH, not bigger headaches. I mean you are NOT accomplishing ANYTHING for REAL. Supposed to be FUN. NOT like LIFE.

Thanks I might try SR3! When did it come out? I wonder if it will run on my current rigs.
