What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.
If you're not sure, ask!
If you wish to, you can archive your posts here.

I used to go all the time to /r/gamedeals to find where to buy my games, thankfully they have a spot for that here in /v/gamedeals

I get most of my PC stuff on Steam. For everything else I just compare prices between Amazon and GameStop. If the price difference isn't a lot, I'll usually just buy from GameStop for the membership points and (sometimes) discounts.

Steam, Amazon, GameStop

Mostly from Steam. If I want to buy console games I would go for Best Buy or Gamestop.

For PC games I use steam or GOG. For physical games I usually shop on amazon. Though I'm open to suggestions on better places to buy physical games since I like a good deal a lot more.

Steam and Humble Bundle for the most part. Wii games come from Amazon or eBay if I want them

Steam, G2A or Kinguin for PC games. I usually try to get whatever at a discount. Gamestop/Walmart for everything else (namely 3DS games), but really only because they're the closest places (same plaza).
