Fascinating. I was lead to believe Pool of Radiance was the first.

Although on further inspection I can see why. Cloudy Mountain appears to be D&D branded, but not an actual D&D game. From the description, you navigate a maze, have 3 lives, can take 3 hits before you die, and only shoot arrows. I'm not sure it implements any actual D&D mechanics.

Yeah, the InTV was a bit limited, haha. I did so love mine as a kid, though.
