Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.

Doesnt matter a complete the total war franchise is shit. They are epitome of nickel and dime fuckery.

The original Rome total war was amazing. Tried Rome 2 and got a refund after five hours. All they had to do was update the graphics and fix some real time combat mechanics. But no, they fucking destroyed the game. Tried out warhammer and hated it too. No more creative assembly games for me

I have been disappointed in the the Total War games since the original Rome one. Some were ok but not great. I have a feeling I will feel the same about this one. Let me guess, there are women generals and warriors in this one too. Because we all know how much ancient asians loved giving their women positions of authority. If it is a fantasy game sure that is fine, but usually these games try to be realistic.

I don't think any of them have been worth a damn since Medieval 2. Wish they would update that one.
