What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.
If you're not sure, ask!
If you wish to, you can archive your posts here.

I might have liked to own a SNES, but since the playstation generation I've been old enough to buy my own systems.

I kind of wish I had owned an SNES, but I'm perfectly okay playing those games now. I probably appreciate them more these days anyways. I do wish I had never sold my Sega Master System though.
If we include handhelds I've had almost everything. Except an N-Gage. Or a Vita.

My biggest regret would be not owning any Nintendo systems. I had an older brother who loved his Sega and didn't care for Nintendo so I only got to play those at my friends houses

I went this route:
My parents didn't think I should have game consoles (computers are for learning, you see) and were big Apple people, so it was all computer games until I moved out on my own and had a steady enough job to buy consoles. Then I got annoyed with having to own lots of consoles and just started building my own PCs for gaming / TV+movies / web. I've been PC gaming since about 2008.
Going back, I'd probably just tell my parents to get me a PC and be done with it.

I loved the Apple IIGS!! My friend had one and we played Conan and Chivalry ALL the time!

I played a lot of games on there, but my favorites were Zany Golf, a mini-golf type game that was surprisingly good, and a port of Marble Madness, which controlled like shit on the mouse but I loved it anyway.
