Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.

The US government needs to use it’s powers of world domination for good instead of evil - just once. It might even garner them some much needed good will.
We need a Constitutional amendment (to block the never ending stream of treasonous judges) that strips all corporations of HUMAN RIGHTS. The only reason to form a corporation is to avoid legal liability for your actions. The whole “getting investors” tale is a false narrative. I assume you people will invest in your company if it is any good. No. Corporations are strictly so the owners won’t go to prison for selling products that kill people.
The hard part is the Constituitonal amendment. Then the easy part is to enforce FREE speech at all these hotbeds of sedition: Sony, Facebook, Google: NBC — ALL OF THEM.
If they don’t want to allow free speech they are free to move their business to some other country. Perhaps the People’s Republic of China will be more to their liking.

If you sell a million cribs. Some of those cribs are going to kill babies. If you sell a million cars some of those cars will kill people.

I was thinking more along the lines of the Roundup or Aspertaim cases.
But you do bring up an important point. Lawyers get paid to make compelling arguments that fantasy is reality. Perhaps the most important thing the law can do is to protect us from those that seek to weaponize it.

It looks like what you really want is to strip the "limited" from "limited liability". Having corporations be legal persons simplifies quite a few things, but you're right in them having too much latitude.
