What you're encouraged to post:
Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.
If you're not sure, ask!
If you wish to, you can archive your posts here.

Someone pitched this idea as a joke and the japs didn't realize it was a joke. It's the only explanation

Pokémon GO used to be just an April Fools' joke as well.

You know, if this sells like hotcakes Nintendo can just pay a Japanese man to crap in a box and sell that. Nintendophles will buy that up.

I figured it would be a moderately successful gimmick that would sell well for a few weeks or maybe months and then disappear.
But it seems to a complete failure from the get go. Almost all the reviews I've seen have been extremely negative, even by outlets that are usually very pro-Nintendo.
The kits are too expensive, too difficult to put together, too easy to break, and the games they are designed to support are shallow to downright terrible.
