The government already has regulations against many types of predatory business practices, of which this is most certainly one.

Keep in mind that probably ~80ish percent of people are dumber than you (kids included) and those people DO need this regulation.

It should be up to the parents to decide what their kids are spending their money on, otherwise its consenting adults, agree with stupidname, this is overreach

I want anyone dumber than me, kids included, to learn from the important experience of being broke. If they're dumb enough to get there playing fuckin video games, best case, they starve. Fuck 'em.

I have yet to meet a kid who can afford to buy loot games on their own.

Its always the parents, and if the parents dont care why should the government?
