If they actually file an actual DMCA claim, it will end badly. Filing fraudulent ones(including trying to take down somebody's fair use video because of feelings) is a crime.

But most likely they sent an email to youtube, or clicked 'report.' These are not DMCA claims and youtube will gladly comply.

Shuffle a few staff members around, stand someone up to fall for it, maybe change the name, and even most of the people who care won't remember what's what.
