EDIT: Getting downvoated already...Guys, I'm not spamming, I'm not with Corsair, and my comment history will reflect it. I'm just happy with the service I got and thought I would share for anyone else deciding on which brand to buy. Good service should be recognized.
I had a Corsair 750w PSU I bought 5 years ago for around $160; it came with a 7 year warranty. I could have bought many cheaper models for close to half the price but didn't; Well, after 5 years of heavy use, the PSU died and is making clicking noises. I sent it in, and got a replacement sent out within 2 days of Corsair receiving mine. They also offer a cross-ship program if you don't mind a hold on your CC, but I had extra PSU's so I didn't need it.
They have a notes section on any active tickets that you can ask questions, and they usually get responded to within 2-4 hours, unless it's outside of their business hours. A new one is on it's way to me, about a 1 week process all said and done. And did I mention they extended the warranty on the PSU from 7 years to 10 years? Amazing service, will definitely buy more Corsair in the future, even if it is a little more expensive.

I can't speak for Corsair as none of their power supplies have failed on me. Though I have had good luck in the past with Logitech, called them up told them I dropped and broke a wireless headset that was now out of warranty but wanted to order a part as just one little plastic piece was broken. They got the serial number and then offered to replace it for free, over $100 headset that wasn't in warranty and I admitted to the break being my fault. I have a fair amount of their stuff now.
