Specifically, he cites the nudity present in Conan Exiles and how the nudity was prominently featured with seemingly no repercussions as far as he could see.

He must have autism. There's a difference in context between sexualising attractive, totally-not-underage-I-swear schoolgirls and a silly dick in a survival, caveman game.

As for the last bullet point, the developer states that it seems “out of place” on this list. He refers to the Twitch Community Guidelines and states that there is nothing in there that stipulates that a game is allowed to depict the murder of adults but not allowed the depict the murder of children.

Now he's just being stupid. Why would the guideline need to specify everything they find distasteful and don't want to be connected to? They're owned by Amazon, have connections to e-sports and major publishers, they were involved with a huge music concert last year - of course they don't want to be connected to some weeb's unfinished, buggy JavaScript wet dream.

I'm sure he's happy he made all his preteen fans and journalists pester people at Twitch because he didn't get what he wanted until he got his worthless response.

yeah, one is full frontal, the other is covered up.

"how dare they ban people and games based on established rules instead of making it up, i mean they are a big company after all"

Does your mother let you out of the basement without a helmet on?

Except the full frontal one isn't sexual; looking up the girls' skirts with the intention to take pictures of their underwear is. Nudity is not always sexual and it doesn't have to be sexual to be nudity.

It's pretty ridiculous to expect twitch to think up every single possible feature they don't want to be connected with. Flexibility is required and they can't predict what devs are going to come up with next or are they expected to update the rules every single time? They would merely add a rule that says they can decide whatever they want and what would be the purpose of that?
