If you play gta online, you probably know they just cleaned out players bank accounts if that player was determined to have "illegitimately" gained the money. They also removed many players saved outfits. This is a saddening development to the 3 year old game. Rockstar still updates the game, which is a great thing because gta is a fun game with many dedicated players. But why does rockstar have to keep acting as fun police?
It is because they want us to resort to shark cards. It really sucks guys. They added in businesses with the biker dlc, but the cost for them is incredibly steep. The other money making option is ceo work or plain old grinding missions. None of these are very fun.
My point is, rockstar should be boycotted for repeatedly working to take away fun aspects of the game that truly add to the unique experience, while promoting very badly priced shark card micro transactions.
Bottomline: if rockstar cared about balancing the game, they would remove the ability to jetspam, and they would remove exploits such as bulletproof helmets. Thanks for reading.

I bought an account because i like gta, but i didnt want to pay microtransactions and waste time grinding. There wouldnt be cheaters if there was a good, profitable, non-time wasting way to make money in the game

There should not be any cheaters period. I like how they are punishing the cheaters. Fuck Cheaters. Cheaters made my favorite game close cause they sucked at playing and had to cheat to compete. Don't want to grind, don't buy or continue to play the product. Sure they could make it easier to make money, and I'd even go as far as posting that feedback on their forums in the vain hope they'll listen, but since they're selling the money as a purchasable item its probably on purpose that they want it to be annoying to make the money in-game. They want you to decide its easier to give them $$ than to grind for it. Normally it takes a few tries for game companies to figure out this is a bad idea and gamers hate it.

Exactly. I "cheated" for exactly this reason. My upset isn't that I lost my account, it is that they took my account in the name of balancing the game when that is simply a bold faced lie. Rockstar doesn't give a shit about balance whatsoever, they care about the money, and it's the players who suffer for it. For this, I'm honestly considering dropping rockstar completely and no longer giving them my business. They make it very clear with their new ban policy that they do not care about the players. https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/229514247-Update-to-GTA-Online-Suspension-and-Ban-Policy?flash_digest=abf6a214f57de13f761b62630d866200bf82ed8d
Now a temporary ban earns you a completely reset GTA online. One temp ban, all your things gone. You only get one temp ban. Rockstar does not care about us. They are cracking down at an unprecedented level of harshness, and this is on a three year old game. I hope they don't fuck up red dead 2 as bad as they have fucked up GTA online. It's heartbreaking because GTA is my most played game. Now they turn the game into a "get trolled by jets while you try and fail to make money moving crates" simulator
