Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.

I guess my question is can you just continue to build whatever you want and see the world go into chaos or are you limited like in Sim City to budgets/taxes, riots, ect? Love the concept of Sim City but would want something more sandbox.

Oh, yea you are limited with budgets and taxes, you build your city but are limited with budgets/taxes, you also have to get x amount of people in your city to unlock certain things, (Like new districts and new building) you can upgrade land and you also have to manage things like water pollution, land pollution, garbage pile up, etc. A lot of people say it's what the new sim city should have been, I'd highly recommend it, and hey if you don't like it steam refunds are a thing now :)

Well, the thing is, the world doesn't really ever go into chaos. There aren't really any special events like storms, or riots, or whatever. Cities Skyline endgame is basically trying to deal with traffic and mot much else.

The good thing about Cities Skylines compared to, say, simcity 2013 is that there is an active modding community. For you, this means you can have infinite money and everything unlocked from the start :D

Cities is better compared to SimCity 4. Compared to SimCity 4, it's lacking in someways, but it's also more complex, and you have to think things through a bit more.
