Why is Australia such a nanny state? I would expect a country where the stereotype is a a bowie knife wielding outdoorsman with crocodile skin boots in the desert to be a bit more free. I know Australia is very urban and what I mentioned is just a lighthearted cultural association but still. What is it with all Anglo societies becoming the biggest nanny states or hugely moralistic. UK, Canada, Australia and even the US in a different way.

Ironically, those who ban games like these have still more net-negative contribution to society than so-called basement dwellers.
