I was clarifying what what the other poster meant when he said he wished he had 100ccp (analogous to karma in reddit). In order to downvote (click the down arrow, commonly called downvote; but I like to call it downvoat, because the name of the site is Voat, and it's a play on words) a post, one must acquire 100 positive karma. I wasn't trying to derail the post, just saw this while lurking and thought I'd add some clarification.
