A video game isn't a video though. The user's actions are already transforming the end result and thus each player's playthrough is unique to them. If someone uploaded a video of the character just standing there, that might be one thing, but most people don't do that. Some linear games like Deponia where there's only one possible way to play might be a different story though.

It doesn't take long to press enough buttons in a game to come up with a unique combination - each play-through creates different content, that's the point of interactive media.
