Games! We should talk about games more than anything! New releases, old favorites, Speed Runs, Let's Play's, development news, what we love, what we hate and so on and so forth.
Try to post things that create discussion. We want people to feel engaged and feel their voices are heard, rather than to be a place of disposable content.

There's a fine line between being critical of a game for its faults and calling it "the worst game ever". How can something that has received such critical acclaim while at the same time becoming such a commercial success be "the worst game ever"? What exactly is he comparing it to? I can think of several games which were received far worse than DS3. It's just patently false to attempt to label it as such.
A reviewer should at least try to remain objective even though whether or not you personally like a game is subjective. It's clear this guy is not even a little objective, and that his opinions don't seem to mirror reality.

Whether or not a game is "The worst game ever" is subjective. To him, it could be the worst game ever. Being "The worst game ever" or "the best game ever" is completely subjective, and is an opinion. It is the same as listing it on your personal top 10 list. Top 10 lists are always subjective, bottom 10 lists are always subjective. "the worst game ever" is always subjective. To him, it could be the worst game ever. To him, the story could be horrible. To him, the game-play could be horrible. It could very well be the worst game ever to him. It could be right at the bottom of the top 10 worst games to him. There is nothing to be objective about in a review, a review is your opinion, and what you personally (subjectively) have to say about it.

No, it's particularly quantitative based on popular opinion. A game that is generally well received by the majority can't be "the worst game ever".
