"Can I take your home?"
Joke doesn't even make sense

Yeah, somebody didn't think this one all the way through.

Funny on the outside, existential crisis on the inside

After two hours of this sitting in the back of my mind, I finally figured it out.
He said "can I take ya home?"
"Ya" can be interpreted to mean either "you" or "your", depending on context.

Where do you see that? I see "if I could take her home" on that image. I thought maybe you posted that and then someone corrected the image after but the modification date on the image is August 25, 2015 3:20:08 PM which looks to be about 3 hours older than your post.

The joke is a play on the phrase "I asked a girl if I could take her home". If you think about it, it means he had to ask her "Can I take your home?"
So no, it's not explicitly in there, it's an implied part of the conversation.
