Get into the trades by becoming an apprentice:
-plumber/pipefitter
-iron worker
-elevator tech
-electrician
No debt in an apprenticeship. Not to say there aren’t other good options out there.

Lol...you and your reasonable comment without blaming a minority.....who the fuck even are you?
Honestly a solid comment that was met with instant distain and negative thoughts. You know why? Because it encourages personal growth...effort, and most of all self worth.

Yeah, until your job gets taken by some immigrant who was given 2 hours of training yesterday.
Is that better?

Except for the drug use. Fucking trades are fucked from having to dredge the barrel bottom, as every manufacturing op has shipped overseas and the rise of (((colleges))) as gatekeepers of family-suppporting jobs.

Your thinking of roofing. Finance is where all the hardcore crackheads are, they invented the hookers and blow combination.

My experience in the trades has been the opposite. We have a hard time finding anyone with a slight amount of competence, a willingness to work or show up on time, or to pass a piss test. Finding good help has been hard.

Most trades have the downside of straining your body, so once you reach old age you won't have a good time. Doctors can guess your trade by the ailments you have in old age. And at some point, you'll be too old to work. With bad luck, that point will be reached before you reach retirement.
