Never gets old. One of my personal favourites. On a par with the bantu minister in South Africa who said the drought is the fault of the Apartheid government because they built the dams too big.

Did heard that one yet, I still like "we don't need farmers our food comes from [big super market chain]" apperantly it was satire set up by some magazine but you just know something like that actually was said at some point.
