It's basically true that good, kind, decent people don't need laws to make them be that way, but no group of people is ever entirely composed of good people. There are always bad people and even truly evil people. Laws are a means, however flawed, of protecting good people from bad people. Without laws, in a state of anarchy, the only thing protecting good people from bad people are guns, i.e. the willingness to do violence. The problem with that is that bad people have guns too, and are a lot more willing to do violence than good people. And once you get enough people willing to do violence, things just get very precarious. Having an idealistic outlook does not prevent bullets from killing you. Your rosy view of the state of anarchy won't mean shit to some low-I.Q. uneducated thug with a .45 pointed at your head and nothing preventing him from pulling the trigger except your hopeful belief in his good nature.

My Rosy view of state anarchy allows me to take room temperature iq people out of the gene pool and make them pay for their actions immediately instead of relying on some justice system. It's got advantages too.

So you are one of those people who are willing to do violence, according to your own view of right and wrong. You are part of the reason why laws must exist and do exist.
