I've been recently getting into frequencies. I slept last night to a 174 Hz Solfeggio. I have a playlist I'm slowly building up of sound videos that seem to bring peace.
I've always been into sound and vibrations. There is something more to them than we are told in school.
So so much is based on vibration. Possibly everything.
