I dunno, I still have my original iMac (same as in the video) and I loved that machine. At the time my PC was a running NT and it wasn't like that was an operating system that anyone looks back on fondly. I use Windows, Linux and OS X on a daily basis and each one has their quirks. I wouldn't want to do db development on a mac and I sure as hell wouldn't want to do music production on a PC. The made-for-idiots philosophy is frustrating for dev work but if I'm recording a song I don't need a bunch of conflicting driver messages (and if I'm particularly unlucky a BSoD) because I decided to switch audio interfaces on the fly.
