So if I eat a lot of soy (no more supporting factory farming; will eat local small farm/wild animals) and like rick and morty but I work out a lot, am I a soy boy? I can almost bench my body weight. I guess I don't understand this name at all. I've had so much soy while bulking because it's cheap protein and it helped me realize I don't even really need meat. Still eat fuck tons of eggs tho.

Soy is dangerous to male health as it fucks with our hormone production. It makes us produce more estrogen and lowers our testosterone production.
I threw away kilograms of soy protein because of that and have bought whey instead. Soy is good for women, bad for men.
Just switch and don't look back. It costs more but healthy body is the goal of workout anyway so don't consider it a loss
