Obviously that logo wans't created by a mechanical engineer.

It doesn't take an engineering degree to conclude that such a system wouldn't function. It's just common sense. And that's the truly sad part.

It isn't really common sense, not in the sense that most people can simply look at this image and understand that it will not work. Many people can't visualize gears spinning in their heads to 'see' why it won't work. Being able to do geometry in your head is almost exclusive to the Aryan race, with a few exceptions among individuals who likely share some genetic similarities with Aryan, and is one of the justifications Nazis used for Aryans being the master race. Being the master, leading people, you need to be able to visualize how these gears work together, something other races can't commonly do.
