People who cling to the notion that this guy is some sort of imbecile haven't been paying attention.

Everyone knows how easy it is to accidentally become a billionaire. I must have become a billionaire like 4 times last year....

Of course. If you start ten corporations and a couple don't go bankrupt, you're not taking on enough risk.

The same made fun of the Bush 43 library, like he can't read. (Supposedly he reads 100 books/year.)

Edit: Whose toes did I step on? I want to know so I can do it again.

Gulf War Jr. doesn't jump out at me as the most scholastic oil tycoon, but 100 books/year is a lot! Please clap.

He made billions with real estate. It would be embarrassing if he couldn't predict something so obvious.

Now I just need someone to tell me when the real estate market is going to equalize/adjust so that I can sell beforehand.

You can tell you're too late when people start telling you that it's equalizing.

The housing market is probably the MOST predicable price index available. It's why almost every millionaire has some amount of their money in real estate.

He's a businessman.. of course he understands market trends. It's basically how he made his fortune.

It's not exactly wizardly knowledge that you buy when the market price is low and sell when it's high.

True, but if the price is low, there's a possibility it might go even lower. If you figure it's going to do that, and you can afford to hold off buying, then you'll make more money by buying as close to the bottom as you can; and in this case, it might mean not buying when the price is low, at least not immediately. It's one thing to BTFD. It's another thing entirely to nail the timing on lows and highs. That kind of shit is wizardly.

That kind of shit is wizardly

It's really more-or-less a meta analysis of current events. It's not hard to put two and two together. 99% of the information is out there, and is easily accessible by anyone with a shitty internet connection. The thing that separates those who eventually succeed or fail is nothing more than their inherent determination, persistence, and discipline.

If you don't have those three things, you'll never be rich (or accomplish anything, really). If you do, you could be born a peasant to welfare leeches, and still make it big by the time you hit adulthood. It's kind of like how anyone can be super-fit and have the body of a magazine model. The knowledge is out there, "eat less and constantly progress to heavier weights, during resistance training". Do those two single things, and any fat-ass can look like Channing Tatum in < 3 years. Even the 600lb+ porkers.

They never will, thought, because they lack determination, persistence and discipline.

I would like to send you some BitCoin so that you can identify exactly when it is low and exactly when it is high. Cash in on the short and long positions. I'll follow your investments with my own because you're a wizard.

It's easy to look at a historical graph and identify a low.

Are we at a high or a low right now?!

In 2012 real-estate had dropped in record breaking ways. It was pretty easy to say buying was smart.

I don't know anything about the bitcoin market I couldn't tell you what the current market feeling is.
