Not really. It gets larger if anything, but it's barely measurable. The spongy tissue doesn't actually grow in the clinical sense i.e. proliferation and differentiation of precursor cells. It just feels or looks larger because T and DHT, and their synthetic analogues, have a profound effect on erectile quality.

If they're taking steroids that have weak activity in 5AR target tissues (prostate), they can have trouble with erections.

They do not get larger during steroid abuse because of hormonal imbalance, which is a direct side effect of the former

But you can use estrogen blockers/Aromatose inhibitors such as anastrozole to offset the reaction, which will help prevent shrinkage of your jewels, prevent gyno etc
