Not really. It gets larger if anything, but it's barely measurable. The spongy tissue doesn't actually grow in the clinical sense i.e. proliferation and differentiation of precursor cells. It just feels or looks larger because T and DHT, and their synthetic analogues, have a profound effect on erectile quality.

If they're taking steroids that have weak activity in 5AR target tissues (prostate), they can have trouble with erections.
