Couldn't you get the same effects by simply laying the dry ice on the floor? This is way over-engineered.
Also CO2 is only dangerous below surface, where you all live.

You really shouldn't be sublimating carbon dioxide within your home in order to cool it. If there isn't appropriate ventilation, you could end up with a serious headache, or worse.

lol, i have made one of these for my mom. mine is insulated, and uses a gallon bottle of ice for coolant. dry ice might be cooler, but she says it works pretty good.
