A similar story that the zipper heads just made a movie about (A Taxi Driver) is about a similar event that happened in 1980, Gwanju, South Korea, where the military was attempting a coup, and locked down an entire town and tried to kill off all if the residents of the town for having the wrong ideas, and attacked them claiming they were communists. It is a long movie, but worth a watch.

Maybe they were communists. In which case it's a kill or be killed situation.

Eh, it is pissible that was the case in real life, but it was a bit of a massacre situation, however it is hard to believe much as they suppressed all reporting and news of what they were doing and spreading propaganda until a german news reporter went in and filmed what was happening. True or not, it helped my woman to realize why we dont want to give up our weapons, and now she is on board to having me stock up more of an armament, so it works for me :)

Mattis quotes are some of my favorites lately, not only for the obvious pertinent reasons, but exemplifies my ideal of a leader of our military. Here's a few:

One from an interview:

“What keeps you awake at night?”
Without skipping a beat or batting an eye, Mattis replied: “Nothing. I keep other people awake at night.”

To leftists, and open and inquisitive mind is more dangerous even than a Marine with a rifle . . .
