Archived Lifting for dummies (fphdiscussion)
submitted 4.8 years ago by thinsignificant
So I'm a girl and I would like to get into lifting but I have no idea of where to begin. Not sure if this is the right place to post this but does anyone have any pointers for someone who's never picked up a weight in their life?

Your back is the core muscle you need to strengthen, so whenever lifting, always lift with your back and never ever ever your legs.
Also don't listen to me because I'm a runner
