I'm pretty thin, bordering on under weight at the moment. Now most resolutioners should have quit, I want to join a gym and build some muscle tone, and just generally improve myself a bit. Whats the best way to start, cause I'm a bit worried about not really knowing what to do and I want to be taken seriously. I don't want to be that guy thats laughed at. Any advice would be great.
